As the end of this year approaches, everyone is anxious to know what’s new in the interior design industry for 2020. While there are some many great home fashion trends to come, we have narrowed them down to the latest color trends.
Blush
With its great debut as the Benjamin Moore Color of the Year, blush has made its way back just about everywhere. From textiles and upholstery to wood furnishings and kitchen cabinets, blush is being embraced by designers to add a light and soft element to any space.
Black and White
Nothing is more classic and bolder than a black and white palette. We will be seeing more black and white patterns in textiles and finishes as this high-contrast palette flows beautifully with any style.
Deep Jewel Tones
While these colors are not new to the home fashion industry, we will be seeing more of them in unexpected places, like large armoires and headboards. Jewel tone colors can be bold, and today designers are not afraid to use them in furniture pieces to make a statement.
Olive
As we slowly move away from blues, olive green begins to make a comeback in different color palettes. Olive and blush, olive and navy blue, olive and salmon… and so the list goes on. Olive acts both as a stand-alone classic and warm neutral anchor for color combinations.
