What if I don’t like the design you present to me?

As designers, we do our best to listen to our clients, and take into consideration their needs and style. As a result, our clients love our designs or most of the design elements we present. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with our design, or parts of it, we offer a one-time complimentary revision.

 

How long does it take to receive my items?

Already-made items such as casegoods and accessories usually take about 4 weeks to arrive. If your design includes custom pieces, you can expect these to take 12-16 weeks to arrive. Sometimes it may take longer depending on the item and availability. Your designer will discuss with you lead teams and potential delays prior to ordering.

 

Can I return or exchange items?

If for any reason you wish to exchange your purchase for one of similar value, your designer will be happy to offer you an alternative selection for an exchange fee of 33% of the purchase price of your original order. We do not accept returns.

If within 30 days after delivery and installation you find that any items or workmanship are defective, we’ll either repair or replace the item at no charge.

 

Where do you source your furniture?

We work with 100+ manufacturers and suppliers dedicated to service the trade. We’ve worked with these suppliers for many years because of the high quality and aesthetic of their products.

 

Can I sit in the furniture before I buy it?

Most seating pieces are custom made for each customer, which means you will not be able to sit on a piece until you receive it. However, because the furniture is custom made, your designer can asses the comfort level you prefer on seating items and have them tailored just for you.
